What Is ImageWork?
Image Work centres on the idea that the images we hold in our minds reflect our inner state. They symbolise our thoughts, emotions, and unconscious patterns. By exploring these mental images, we can shift our mindset, release emotional blocks and make meaningful changes to how we live our lives.
Dr Dina Glouberman created ImageWork to help people re-connect with their intuition. Through guided visualisation and dialogue, ImageWork enables people to uncover hidden truths about themselves, things they know intuitively but have never really acknowledged.
