Rapid Transformational Therapy
One of the many things I’ve learnt over the years, is that despite the fact we are all ‘hard wired’ to heal, sometimes we don’t. Why is that?
When you don’t heal it’s usually down to one thing that hasn’t been addressed.
That one thing is invisible and is extremely powerful. It’s your mind and the messages you’re giving yourself.
Now, you may be thinking, that’s ridiculous. I know I want to get better so how could I be giving myself the message that I don’t!
Everything you’ve experienced in your life, particularly as a child, becomes a memory and an experience that you store in your subconscious. That means it’s hidden from your everyday conscious thinking. It’s hidden but it’s not sitting there quietly doing nothing!
You could think of these hidden memories and experiences as being similar to the software programmes on your computer. Invisible but powerful!
Like the software programmes on your computer, you too have programmes that you run. You may have a belief that you can’t lose weight because your Mum has never been able to lose weight or you could have a belief that relationships always end badly. Or maybe, you have a belief that you’re not good enough to go for that great new job that you would love or you have a belief that you are too different to fit in…………we all have our own programmes that have shaped our lives up to this point. The good news is that we can choose how to shape it in the future.
The very best way to find out what programmes you’re running is through ‘Rapid Transformational Therapy’. It was developed by Marisa Peer with whom I trained. Her USP is that she teaches and uses
“simple steps that produce dramatic and life-changing results”.
Marisa spent nearly 30 years treating a client list that included international superstars, CEOs, Royalty, and Olympic athletes. She was named Britain’s best therapist by Tatler magazine.
