Dietary Changes Recommended

As our external environment has radically changed so has the internal environment of our body.

Exposure to toxins such as chemicals, heavy metals [lead, mercury, cadmium] and pathogens such as parasites, viruses, bacteria and fungus have   become part of our world that are hard to avoid and even more difficult to remove once they have embedded themselves into our tissues.

Any dietary recommendations, together with particular supplements, form the basis of a protocol designed to work physiologically for each person’s particular needs.  There is no one diet that fits everyone.

Making dietary changes can have profound effects on health.  Some people feel significantly better avoiding grains; others find that avoiding dairy products can be beneficial.  Any dietary changes that are suggested are made on an individual basis.
